I am a big fan of setting goals. So, Habit #1 is one of the easier habits for me. I also enjoy learning new things and then playing around with them on my own. My son (computer whiz) shows me a new tip for the computer pretty much every time I see him. I enjoy using these tips and passing them on as well.
The most difficult habit, honestly, is viewing problems as challenges. I try to keep a positive frame of mind when facing a challenge. It is also helpful to me when facing a challenge to create a plan to manage the challenge. If possible, dealing with a challenge in phases or steps really helps me. Accomplishing these steps or chunks of a challenge can be very rewarding and can motivate you to continue until the challenge/goal has been met.
P.S. I don't really like the word "challenge". It gives me a negative vibe. I like the word "opportunity".
